Paget’s Disease of Bone (PDB) is a chronic condition characterized by abnormal bone resorption and formation, leading to deformities, pain, and an increased risk of fractures. When PBD affects the hip, it can cause severe dysfunction, making hip arthroplasty a critical intervention to restore function and relieve pain. This comprehensive review examines the current literature on hip arthroplasty in patients with PBD, covering preoperative assessment, long-term outcomes, and associated complications. Additionally, evidence-based therapeutic recommendations are provided to improve care and management for these patients.
