Tenotomy of knee flexor muscles: restoration of walking in a patient with juvenile dermatomyositis and universal calcinosis complicated with severe joint contractures

We report a case in a 10 year-old boy with juvenile dermatomyositis and calcinosis universalis
complicated with severe joint contractures; in which we performed knee flexor tenotomy to
revert disability to walk.
